Nostrils show and nose resembles a piggy nose. Can I hide the nostrils and have a natural appearance? (photos)

There are 3 issues with respect to nostrils and they are the left to right distance between the outer edges, the degree of tip rotation making them visible from the front and the thickness of the nostril rims. Your submitted photos only allow assessment of the rims because there is no side view or inclusion of the eyes in the photos. The left to right distance is decreased by removing nostril wedges of tissue. The tip rotation is controlled by tip to septum sutures and/or cartilage struts. When properly performed these maneuvers can have natural results.
