I had rhinoplasty done a month ago and my nose looks huge. I had tip work done as well as a bump removed on top. But I feel like my Dr left it manly-ish, as it doesn't have a soft downward slope to it and just sticks straight out like a cone. Is this normal because of swelling?? Why does it seem like it sticks out so much if the point of the surgery was to reduce my nose size and make it feminine and soft looking?
