My teeth have worn down over the years. And my 3Rd and 4th tooth are far too small. And my nose doesn't match my smaller features aND isnt feminine . Which should I focus on first?

The choice is yours as which bothers you the most. I think the rhinoplasty will give you the most change but of course I am a rhinoplasty surgeon.  Select a very experienced rhinoplasty surgeon who produces natural noses for the best result.

From the limited photographs presented, it appears that the rhinoplasty would give more of a visible change than the veneers would. Best to perform the procedure that bothers you the most. A rhinoplasty procedure involves shaving down the dorsal hump, refining the nasal tip, and adjusting the bridge line as necessary. Digital computer imaging would also be helpful to understand what can be accomplished with your new  nose upon your facial features. Hi alice. Nasal surgery can have a dramatic appearance on a person's face. When done correctly, the nose looks more elegant, natural & blends with the face. The eyes are accentuated. Hi and thanks for your question.  The truth is it really depends on what is most important to you.  However, looking at your teeth I would recommend that you see an orthodontist as you may benefit from some correction there.  This would change the appearance of your lower face.  It could likely be started, you could get your rhinoplasty and your teeth completed.  Hope this helps!

However, from my perspective as a surgeon and if you were a family member contemplating the two procedures I would definitely steer you in the way of having the rhinoplasty first. Rhinoplasty is one of the most rewarding procedures performed on young ladies like yourself and often life changing. Refining your nose will accentuate all of your other features and will help balance your profile and overall facial aesthetics.
