Tip plasty? Could you provide me with advice on the best approach?

A tip plasty can be done to refine the nasal tip. However, your nose is leaning towards one side more than the other. If you want to correct the leaning of the nose then you will need bone and cartilage work. A rhinoplasty costs $7,000 US dollars.

It is conceivable that only your septum and nasal tip are deviated to your right. If that is the case, an isolated tipplasty and septoplasty may be considered For achieving a narrower tip, and a straighter nasal appearance. Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Cartilage grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement.
