Hi I'm thinking of getting out my breast implants (large size) I had it on 2019. I want to take it out and be healthy again. I want my natural body. I keep thinking for last two years I'm going to die during the surgery or be in a coma. I have no support around me no friends or anything. I am honestly very scared to die and Leave this earth! Would having a liver damage ( I don't need a transplant or anything like that) effect the local / general anesthesia? Should I go forward with surgery? Thx

Answer: Implant removal in patient with liver issue Implant removal is a simple surgery and, if needed, it may be done in local anestesia. However, if you have large implants, it is very likely that you will need a breast lift to end up with properly shaped, symmertic breasts. In that case, general or MAC ansethesia may be needed. It is best to consult your medical doctor and/or gastroenterologyst and plastic surgeon to see whether your liver function will be an issue. Hope this helps.
