Hi I'm thinking of getting out my breast implants (large size) I had it on 2019. I want to take it out and be healthy again. I want my natural body. I keep thinking for last two years I'm going to die during the surgery or be in a coma. I have no support around me no friends or anything. I am honestly very scared to die and Leave this earth! Would having a liver damage ( I don't need a transplant or anything like that) effect the local / general anesthesia? Should I go forward with surgery? Thx
Answer: Breast implant removal & Liver damage Hello, thank you for your question. I am really sorry that you are feeling this way, but I want to assure you that your health and well-being are the most important things, and it is great that you are reaching out to explore your options. I have attached a video that answers your question in detail. It's understandable to feel scared, especially when facing something as significant as surgery. Your feelings of fear about the surgery, your health, and the potential risks are valid, but they don't have to determine your next steps. By consulting with professionals—surgeons, anesthesiologists, and mental health support—you can get a clear picture of the risks and steps involved. Ultimately, the decision is yours to make, and it's okay to take your time. Just make sure you're making an informed decision that aligns with your long-term well-being and peace of mind.

Answer: Liver damage from alcohol Dear TokiyoC, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Generally speaking, it is possible to remove implants under local anesthesia. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Surgery You will need a medical clearance for surgery from your medical doctor. If you are healthy enough for surgery and want to proceed, then get it done. If you are worried about dying during surgery, then don't have elective surgery.

Answer: Liver damage You will need to discuss your health history with a board certified plastic surgeon. Labwork may be ordered to assess the status of your liver function. You may also require clearance from your specialist before proceeding with surgery. These criteria will influence whether or not it is safe for you to have implant removal.
