Implant removal - skin tightening procedures UK. I want implant removal due to fake stuck on look subglandular placement. Surgeon gave me 300cc high profile (because I have low nipple) but I asked for natural look. Went from A cup to D cup. I do NOT WANT IMPLANTS again and would like to return to natural breast only. I am too slim for fat transfer and results don’t sound promising. My surgeon told me not enough tissue for uplift and will be left with sagging skin.

Answer: Implant removal, fat grafting and breast lift There will be significant laxity of the breast envelope after implant removal; for that reason skin excision and tightening by means of breast lift will be necesarry to achive firmer breasts. In order to achieve some volume increase, fat grafts can be placed in the muscle and under the skin which will increase volume and improve overall shape of the breasts; if needed, additional fat grafting can be done 6 months or longer after first procedure. Factors that will influence this will be the length of time the implants were in place, your skin elasticity, and the size of the implants. If the skin has been permanently stretched your best and most predictable option is a lift.
