I have requested implant removal because I am unhappy with the fake stuck on look results. My surgeon says that if they are removed I will just be left with sagging skin and I do not have enough breast tissue for an uplift. This made me so sad and I want to know if there are there alternative options for me. I do not want revision and implants again.
