Want to explant 420cc, under muscle saline implants - do I also need a lift?

I want to explant my 20 y/o saline 420cc under muscle implants. Do I also need to get a lift. I don't mind a little sag and would rather not have all the scars and extra downtime unless my really would be extremely saggy and unattractive
