Should I change the binder if I am bleeding?

I had tummy tuck and lipo today. I am bleeding from the back which has bled through the binder. Should I change the binder ot leave it on for the 24-48 hrs they recommend. And at what point should I go into emergency? It's been about 12 hrs since the surgery.
