Rash on stomach after Tummy Tuck. Any suggestions?

I had a tummy tuck with muscle repair 5 weeks ago and i had a dressing on my belly button for a few weeks. I was very red after taking it off and it doesnt seem to be going away? They are dark red little spots but in the shape of the dressing so i know thats where its from? Is there any cream i can put on it to make it go away?
