I am a 18F from Alberta hoping to get a breast reduction surgery. In Alberta a minimum 300g from each breast must be removed in order for insurance to cover the reduction. I am wondering if that is possible for me.

Answer: Amount of breast reduction It is hard without examining the breasts for density of the tissues or softness to estimate. It also depends how small you want to be. Your plastic surgeon needs to examine you and properly estimate the amount of reduction you need.
