What procedure can move breast farther apart? (Photo)

Question

Hi ! What would be an easy uncomplicated procedure to move my breast farther apart ? Seri was put in laterally and on the bottom, will I loose this by altering the breast further apart ? I have 750 CC saline implants and am post 3 months but considering surgery to fix breast that are too close and one side that is lower , what would you recommend ?

You have large implants with large breasts that are nicely shaped.  The closeness of your breasts is largely defined by your anatomy and the shape of your rib cage, and cannot be altered without going to smaller implants.  From your history you have already had Seri placed to help hold your implants in position.  Further surgery is unlikely to give you what you want. You can extend the pocket for the implants laterally, which might move them out somewhat, but then you could have problems with your implants falling laterally or bottoming out.  I would accept your breasts as is.

Thanks for the picture. In my opinion, if your breast are naturally close together then there's nothing you can do to alter that. Please seek recommendation from your operating surgeon.

I think that you have a nice result. Your breasts look quite large and I am not sure what you are trying to achieve by trying ot have them positioned further apart.

There is no practical way to create a greater distance between your breasts unless you exchanged you implants for a significantly smaller size.  It would be helpful to know what the configuration of your breasts were prior to your augmentation.  It is hard to tell by the photographs what degree of asymmetry you currently have.  In my opinion if you are satisfied with the size of your breasts and do not want them any smaller you are probably better off not undergoing any type of revisional surgery.

Based on your picture I don't believe you have synmastia.  Actually, you have a very nice result given the size of your implants and your chest width.  I think the best way would be to consider getting smaller implants which would decrease the width of the implants.  Otherwise, lateralizing your pocket would place your implant in not a good position.

Your breasts are close because of the size of your implants.  You do not appear to have synmastia. One option would be to considerably reduce the size of your implants to ones that fit the width of your chest. You would likely need to have your breasts lifted as well.  As you have already had Seri mesh put in and have a good result, I would leave well enough alone. From your photo I can see no asymmetry that is unacceptable Perfection in not an option in plastic surgery. You invite trouble every time you have something more done.
