This Is perfectly normal and will disappear in the next few weeks. It is from air and fluid (irrigation, local anesthetic, serum, etc) in the pocket which will be naturally absorbed over time.
Thanks for your question. Likely there is just a little air trapped in the pocket. Your body will absorb this. If it becomes more pronounced, you should contact your surgeon. Best of Luck!
Air bubbles are common as the skin probably has not sealed yet, hard to get synmastia under the muscle as there are still lots of attachments along the sternum, may take a few weeks for the skin to settle back down
It is not abnormal, and will go away in time. It is not an indicator of a developing symmastia. You should massage the skin over the sternum.... we suggest our patients massage the area for the first 48hr after the surgery if they experience such air bubbles.

Generally speaking this air and fluid will resolve over a period of one to two weeks. I feel is important that you check with your plastic surgeon and let him know what you are experiencing as he may have further suggestions

This sounds like a reasonable size for a smaller woman. The average volume placed in this country is 350 cc.Kenneth Hughes, MDLos Angeles, CA
If you're only 15 years old, I would recommend that you wait a few more years before having surgery because your breasts may not be fully developed at this time.
