Why is one breast significantly larger than the other after breast augmentation? (photos)

It is difficult to assess significant asymmetry from your photos. Know that if the same volume was placed on each side you may be simply more aware of an asymmetry that existed preoperatively. Capsular contracture and positional asymmetry can also create shape differences. Best to share your concerns with your plastic surgeon.

Thank you for your pictures.  Your bra obscures your breasts so it is hard to tell your breast size. At two months it is unlikely that your breasts will even out if one is larger than the other. I don't see anything except a minor asymmetry in the limited photograph. Differential swelling can create minor asymmetries. Large asymmetry should be brought to the attention of your plastic surgeon.
