After a childhood battle with autoimmune disorder, can I safely have tummy and arm lift as an adult? (Photo)

as a child and teen I had a skin limited variation of generalized morphea. It’s been over a decade since the disease has been active. Now as an adult I’d like to have a tummy tuck and arm lift. Can this be done safely?. Any doctors with experience performing surgery on those in remission for autoimmune disorders or doctors with experience treating morphea? Side note I’ve never had a rheumatologist, pain or tightness associated with my morphea. It mostly looks like lots of birthmarks.
