Thank you for sharing your question and photographs and I am sorry to hear of your healing difficulties.  Depending on the extent of tissue separation and loss it may take several months for your body to "fill in" and fully heal.  I would maintain close follow up with your surgeon and present them with your concerns.  They should be able to provide to your reassurance that your recovery is progressing and should finish uneventfully from here on out.  Best wishes.

I'm sorry you are experiencing wound complications. They can be frustrating and can take awhile to resolve. It is best to closely follow your surgeon's instructions and continue with regular follow up appointments. The treatment may change based on the healing progress.

Hi dear, thank you for your question.The antibiotics are only to prevent or fight the infection but the tissue will keep its own track meaning that I will close overtime when it is ready.
