Is it possible to achieve this rhinoplasty result while maintaining better breathing? (Photos)

For this situation your surgeon needs to be both ENT and facial plastic surgeon. This way you can achieve your desired look and breathing. Based on your photos, he appeared to have an over projected nasal appearance and possibly a long nasal appearance. You would require an examination to determine the reason why you are not breathing well. In general, breathing should not get worse after Rhinoplasty surgery - breathing should improve. It is hard to promise any kind of results online based off a photo and not knowing the anatomic cause for your nasal breathing problems but I will say I have seen many patients with similar situations have both their nasal breathing improved and the shape of their nose improved in a single surgery with cosmetic results like the one you have shown. I would recommend going to a Facial Plastic Surgeon since they do a residency in ENT so they can make sure to improve the function of your breathing in addition to improve the cosmesis of the shape of your nose.
