I have ongoing breathing issues due to naturally narrow nasal passages as well as nasal collapsing. I have been putting off surgery suggested by my ENT due to nerves about going under the knife but if I am going to do it I want to go all the way and galvanize my nose a little bit more. We use this all the time. The diced cartilage helps to either provide fullness where we need it, or, more commonly, to lift the bridge of the nose. Thick skin and oily skin don't always go together, though they can. A picture will be very helpful!
