Could my different side profiles be fixed with a nose job? (Photos)

It would be very difficult to give you good advice based on these photos. It is possible that you have some nose asymmetry but it could be assessed only on the basis of in person consultation. Good luck.

I do see the differences in side views in the photos you submitted.  Nasal asymmetry is very common and your is just slight.  Overall your nose is not bad at all and your other facial features are lovely.  You could get your nose reduced a little if you want bit if you were my daughter I wouldn’t touch it!

Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty, a nasal tip deprojection to shorten the overall length of your nose, and a conservative dorsal hump reduction.  Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and not just a computer animation system.  You should be able to view numerous pictures of actual patients with noses similar to yours performed by your surgeon.  If you cannot find enough real before and after pictures, then consider continuing your search for a surgeon. Every human being has one side different than the other. We are not mirror images of ourselves. If you are interested in improving your nose, reducing the size, and making it more refined - then you appear to be a candidate for Rhinoplasty -preferably performed through a closed technique ( no scar across columella).  I suggest that you seek an experienced Board Certified PS for in person exam

There is some mild asymmetry of your dorsal profiles both left and right sides.  It is important  to remember the nose is a three-dimensional structure, and rhinoplasty is performed in all three dimensions, therefore a full set of facial photographs  from all angles are required to make a determination about how best to proceed. Rhinoplasty is a very difficult endeavor, so choose your surgeon wisely based on extensive experience producing natural results. Digital computer imaging performed in the office setting would also be helpful understand what can be accomplished with your nose upon your facial features. A closed rhinoplasty approach can accomplish your goals of reducing the size of the nose and making it more symmetric with all incisions placed on the inside of it. No external  incisions are required.

Rhinoplasty will provide overall improved profile and tip of the nose, providing symmetry and proportion with the rest of the face. While many patients already have an aesthetic-appearing those, rhinoplasty will provide small modifications and overall improvement. The goal is to create a natural-looking nose which matches the face and is not overdone. Make sure to consult a specialist who performs rhinoplasty regularly. Good luck!
