2cm perforated septum. Do I have chance for successful surgery? Do you think my nose started to collapse?

Adventurous9178
6 months ago I noticed that I have SEPTAL PERFORATION around 2cm.The hole is somewhere close to the lawyer part of my septum. The only symptoms I have so far that my nose is constantly dry and time to time some pieces scab folling from inside.I have allergies every summer and compulsive nose picking, trauma in the past. Also I noticed that my nose starts slightly to shift on my right site. I'llcontinue with my question in the next post (here no space) ------>
