Can transdomal/interdomal suture scar tissue inside cartilage be undone with laser?

My surgeon has overly narrowed my bulbous tip, while I wanted to keep it bulbous. It is now triangular, which I find looks bad on my face. I want to keep my tip cartilages as is, but somehow undo or weaken the scar tissue inside it, so the domes can be set back in their original position. Is this possible?

Hello, why do you want laser? The goal is to get the right outcome, not worry about the tool. But in short, to make your nose wider you need to add cartilage so you are talking about a cartilage graft (likely from a rib).  The domes will no longer set back to a prior position on their own.  You need to add support.

Hello and thank you for your question. Laser definitely would not work for this. Revision rhinoplasty is the only option that would work.. Make sure you are going to a surgeon with hundreds of long-term before and after pictures on their website with standardized lighting and standardized backgrounds. With good surgical technique, you could likely have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
