The deformity that you have referenced is quite subtle at this time. I would suggest bringing the issue up with your surgeon as most surgeons are happy to do a repair at one year if necessary. The deformity can worsen with time but right now I would not suggest any intervention.

It's not worth worrying about this now. Ask yourself, "Am I happier with my nose now after surgery?" If you like the way you look and are breathing fine, then that's a success.
If there is something you dislike, it can often be addressed.
Overall, inverted-V is more often something that surgeon's notice and speak about, than something that is really a problem.

Hello and thank you for your question. It is difficult to fully assess these pictures. An inverted V deformity can usually be corrected with placement of extended spreader grafts. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
