Is This Inverted-V Deformity? Should I be considering a revision? (Photos)

I am a 20-year old Caucasion woman. I had open rhinoplasty 11 months ago. I am worried about having developed inverted-v deformity, although I have no trouble with my breathing. Do you think that I am correct and should I be considering a revision?
