I had a consultation with a surgeon for a rhinoplasty 6 years ago. Should I get new imaging to preview the results?

I had a consultation with a surgeron for a rhinoplasty more than 6 years ago. At the time I didn't go through with the procedure but paid for the 3d imaging results. I'm going back to the surgeon this time to go through with the procedure should I pay to have the 3d imaging done again? I was in my late 20s then and now in my mid 30s, would my face and nose changed enough that it is a must to do the imaging again? or does it not matter at all?
