2.5 years post primary rhinoplasty and I have a dark line across the middle of nose - what could be going on? (photos)

My rhino is a disaster. My nose had 3 Kenalog injections, in months that followed the surgery. Since then, my nose has lost any refinement & is so swollen! I do Not wear glasses and have never bumped it or hit it. Why would I have a dark line across the middle? Bone issues? Necrosis? Nothing makes it go away. Besides the aesthetic failure, is there something else that is going on?

It would be very hard to conclude what is the cause of this; is it bone/cartilage irregularity, very frequent on this "junction" where cartilages meet nasal bones, soft tissue irregularity or thin, atrophic skin. In person consultation with board certified plastic surgeon, expert in rhinoplasty, would help. Good luck.

Hello! Thank you for your question.The thing that bothers you might be due to do surgery defect it will be better to talk about with your surgeon it seems like your surgeon cut inside of your nose too much.It would be more convenient to decide with face-to-face consultation. Best regards!

The photos you sent do not show very well the problems you mention. You should consider going on some consults and be very specific about what bothers you. From the photos you show it does not appear  that you are in need of a revision
