The facetite was over 2 years ago the face and neck lift was a year and a half ago. I specifically noted to the Doctor that the folds were something I was looking to correct. I did not get any other procedures done other than the face and neck lift.

These facial folds and other perioral issues are best treated with the combination procedure of fat transfer and laser resurfacing. You may never completely remove then, but they should get much better. Be sure to see a facial specialist for consultation.

You likely need a revisionary procedure to further lift that part of your face and perioral rejuvenation such as a deep chemical peel, dermabrasion, or erbium laser. I would highly recommend seeing a board eligible or board certified plastic surgeon for a physical exam and accurate analysis with safe recommendations for potential surgical options. Best of luck!

Thank you for your question. Typically a deep plane facelift is the best was to address jowls. However, adjuncts such as careful filler placement and laser resurfacing can be helpful for reducing the amount of shadow seen. Hopefully this is helpful, and all the best to you.

Hello!
The lip lines would be best treated with dermabrasion and fat transfer. Fat or filler can be tried for the lines between side of lip and jawline. FaceTite would not provide a solution for this.
I would recommend you consider finding out why the facelift did not better improve your deep line between mouth and jawline. That is often correctable with the face/necklift.

Areas around mouth are not affected even with best face lifts. Issues that you are concerned are due to atrophy and volume loss (fat, bones, soft tissue in general). Use of fillers for augmentation of lips, perioral wrinkles and, in particular, marionette lines, have shown generally satisfactory results. Laser, chemical peel skin treatments, possibly corner of the mouth (smile) surgery. Hope this helps.

It would help to see before pictures and the entire face. You appear to have more laxity in your jowls  than I would expect after a facelift. An examination would be needed to see if further improvement can be achieved

Hi there! The areas you're referring to are the marionette or "puppet" lines. These can be tricky to correct. Since you've done facelifting and FaceTite, you may want to consider fat transfer. This can be performed from the abdomen and the results can be quite natural. Fillers can work as well though there is upkeep. Fat transfer is more long-lasting, along the lines of 5-10 years. In addition, to combat the external skin, CO2 laser may be a great supplement. Hope this helps!

You have deep labiomental folds which are difficult to treat. At this point filler is your best option to smooth these line which, again, can be softened but probably not completely eliminated or made smooth. Filler would also benefit the peri oral rhytids or "smoker's lines."
