You do not give information about how long is this photo taken after surgery; it appears relatively recent? Swelling and tension may create lines which will disappear in time. Skin moisturizers, sun protection, gentle massage, may help. If similar problems persist, additional modalities of skin treatment (not surgery) may be considered. Hope this helps.
I would consider laser or dermabrasion before resorting to a surgical revision. If you get some improvement fromNon surgical methods it may be worth repeating after three to six months
Hello. These are not stress lines, these are classic complication problems of a superficial facelift done in the wrong vector and overdrawn. I think you had your surgery recently because your suture scars have not healed yet. Therefore, you can wait a little longer and then get rid of this result with a deep plan facelift. However, make sure that the surgeon who will perform your revision this time is an experienced physician who performs deep plan. If you wish, you can check our instagram address. You can get more detailed information about me, ask all questions about your case and sending your photos to my assistants at the number on my profile. You can also book an online consultation and discuss your problems with me. With all respect.
Dear flattofat,Thanks for your question and photo. It is too early for a revision surgery. Your skin and deep tissues need to heal. At this point, I would recommend skin resurfacing with either laser or peel. This will help with the skin appearance and lines. Based on the 1 posted photo I recommend full face only modified phenol peel.Fee $5,000. Best to virtual consult with to fully understand the peeling process and 3 weeks of healing.
I would perform a revisionary facelift/necklift to tighten and lift the deeper structures of the face. Sometimes more tightening/lifting is required depending on what the original surgery was/how aggressive the surgeon was. These are all my own opinions based on the photos provided. I would...
Depending on the type of facelift that was performed (and by who), can vary the duration of the effect. I recommend seeing a board-eligible or board-certified ACTUAL plastic surgeon with at least 6 years of integrated plastic surgery training (ideally followed by an aesthetic fellowship...
In general, I recommend waiting a full year to complete the healing process. I recommend seeing a board-eligible or board-certified ACTUAL plastic surgeon with at least 6 years of integrated plastic surgery training (ideally followed by an aesthetic fellowship accredited by The Aesthetic Society).
