I had a full facial rejuvenation face lift in 2009. Then another face lift 2018. After 2018 I gained 40 pounds and then lost about 45 pounds within a year causing my face to sag. I'm 4'11, 125 pounds and weight has been stable for three years now. Please provide as much detail about what type of facelift you would recommend. I don't have much skin laxity but my cheeks have dropped significantly. Thank you
