How long after getting a full facelift if mid face isnt pulled tight enoug do you have to wait to get a revision face lift preferably mid cheek area mid face?

You have a skin type that would probably allow a direct necklift and Z-plasty. This procedure allows the skin to be excised directly at the problem area. The z-plasty hides the incision well. In some cases, the incision can be further hidden using a CO2 laser a few months later.
