Would you consider a smaller implant? The reason the implant appears high to you is that you have tight skin - a smaller less projected implant can help with this.

Yes, you can go down in profile and your lower pocket can be expanded a little more to let the implant settle down some. I do not suggest going larger since you do not have much tissue to support the weight of heavier implants. I would still keep them behind the muscle for better support and coverage.

It is not uncommon for a patient with initially very small breasts and young tight skin to need staged breast augmentation procedures. A lower capsular release procedure would likely help to lower your implants and give a better fold definition. Good luck!

Yes of course you can have a better and more natural looking breasts. Your implant looks like a round one and its diameter is a bit too wide for your breast height. There are several ways to solve this problem:* Using an anatomical implant of correct size* Moving the present implant downwards and creating a new infra-mammarial fold 1-2 cm lower than the present one (if there is no capsular contracture).* Choosing a smaller diameter round implant if you prefer this shape

It looks like your implants are both sitting well above the crease incision so the pockets can be lowered down to where the incision sitts exactly in the crease as it was supposed to do. Also, if you have a higher profile style implant, you can go down to a more natural less projecting one and decrease the upper pole fullness. You should stay approximately in the same implant diameter based on how the current ones look.
