Hello! I had a breast augmentation in 2015. I didn't have breast tissue to begin with, I wore a 32AA bra. I got : - 345-360cc gel implants. I now want to do my breasts again because I don't like their look. They sit way too high. I have a lot more implant above my nipple than below. I know I will never have super natural looking breasts but is it possible to get a better result than this ? A surgeon already told be its not possible, im devastated. 5'3 and 125 lbs. Thank you!

Answer: More natural look Hi. I definitely think it's possible to achieve a more natural look. You should choose a smaller size, and maybe even a different style implant. Talk to a surgeon in your area that has a lot of experience with revision breast surgery so you can learn about all the options. You should be able to have a really nice outcome. Best of luck!

Answer: Breast implant revision Hello ! In your case, if you are unhappy with the appearance of your breasts, including the high placement of the implants and the ratio of implant above and below the nipple, it is possible to achieve a more desirable outcome through a revision procedure - in good hands. The surgeon may recommend exchanging your current implants for different ones that have a different shape, size, or projection. This can help achieve a more balanced and natural appearance. In some cases, the surgeon may need to adjust or remove part of the capsule to improve the position and alignment of the implant. I would recommend scheduling a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon well versed in breast implant revisions. I hope this helps, Best of luck !
