Will Breast Augmentation of 325-350cc under the muscle look too big and porn star like on a petite 5'1 95lb girl? Currently 32A

always recommend small round textured silicone gel implants placed
retro-pectoral since they look and feel more natural, are more stable, less
likely to ripple or have complications needing revision. Implant profile is irrelevant in the

350 cc is the average volume placed in the US.  Placing implants under the muscle is appropriate for patients with less soft tissue coverage.  Find a plastic surgeon who performs hundreds of these surgeries each

I cant see any photos but in general I would think those implants are large for someone of that frame, I have used 175cc on patients that size. It all depends what your goals and motivations are

This size could look very nice on you based on your photos. I do think that you should be careful about going any larger, though.

Dear tatiboobs,The implant size that you desire will provide a very full breasted look on your petite frame.  Whether or not that is a porn star look is a matter of opinion.  I would recommend consultation with an American Board of Plastic Surgery board certified plastic surgeon for possible sizing with a sizing system.  Good luck!

Despite good intentions, online consultants will not be able to provide you with  meaningful specific advice.  Ultimately, in person consultation with well experienced board-certified plastic surgeons will be necessary. Careful measurements, dimensional planning, and careful communication will be key.
Generally speaking, the best online advice I can give to ladies who are considering   revisionary breast augmentation surgery ( regarding breast implant size/profile selection) is:

1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully.  Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you're looking for. Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work.
2. Have a full discussion and communication regarding your desired goals  with your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining  breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals.
In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. I have found that the use of words such as   “natural”  or “C or D cup”  or "pornstar like" etc means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful.
 Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on him who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup  size may also be inaccurate.





3.  Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly,  allow your plastic surgeon to use his/her years of experience/judgment to choose the breast implant size/profile that will best meet your goals.  Again, in my practice, this decision is usually made during surgery.I hope this (and the attached link, dedicated to petite patients) help.

Those sizes should not give you an appearance that is to big.  Your right fold is slightly higher.  Always be aware that implants make every difference and asymmetry more noticeable.In breast augmentation I have chosen to spend time reviewing
photographs with patients to fully understand their expectation of size and

300 cc to 325 cc breast implants can look very nice in a petite girl if you want a full breasted look with significant cleavage and fullness on the sides of your breasts.I agree that implants in the 250 cc to 275 cc range will look much more natural in someone your size.
