Why am I having sharp pains in my right boob when I stand and relax my arms? (photos)

Sharp Pain at bottom side of right boob when I stand and relax my arms. No pain when I sit, only when I stand straight and walk. If I stand without adding pressure theres pain in lower right side of my right boob, an inch from the incision. Pain started after drains and pain pump were removed. uncertain if it's the muscle since if I hold my arm up while I stand the pain is gone but as I relax my right arm and stand straight there is a sharp pain. 10 dAy post op and still having this issue. nervous that it may be bleeding inside, a torn muscle or healing the the drains and pain pump being removed? 375 Silicone under muscle
