Is my Breast incision infected? (photos)

Your wound has broken down a bit which happens from time to time, I would suggest soap/water and wet to dry dressings and make sure you are eating lots of protein and not smoking!

have some wound breakdown at the junction of your scars on both sides. This is the yellowish area.
This is the most common site for wounds to
have problems healing and it doesn’t look as if yours is too badly
infected. I think it would be sensible
to see your surgeon as it may be that they can tidy the area up or remove any
stitches there which may be causing some of the redness and inflammation.
In summary I don’t think you have too much
to worry about at the moment but it would be best to see your plastic surgeon
in the near future.

You are experience superficial sloughing and barring any unforeseen problems, should heal with conservative wound care.  But as always, when in the acute post-op phase, you should be managed by your surgeon as your surgeon is 'responsible' for your outcome.  Why isn't someone 'on-call' when your clinic is closed?
