I had BA in 1989 and have never had any issues. Because of their age, I had an MRI which showed no intra or extra capsular rupture. Is that unusual and should I think about replacement even though everything looks normal?

Answer: Implant replacement Dear Tiergirl, most surgeons would recommend you to replace your implants. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Implants If you have saline implants, then enjoy them. If you have gel implants, please have them removed and replaced for your old gel is leaking, even if just inside the capsule. The MRI is not 100 % correct.
