Answer: Is my gel implant leaking? It has fallen significantly Your photos reveal an implant displacement on the left side with a double bubble or bottoming out. A diagnosis of implant leakage or failure cannot be made on a photograph. This would require imaging with either a high resolution ultrasound or MRI examination. As your implants are nearly 10 years old, it would be appropriate to undergo this imaging.

Answer: Explant with Bellesoma Method Both breasts have fallen. You can see the bottoming out and double bubble on the left side. The technique I recommend is explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Drop out It looks like you got both kinds of dropout. One side has a loss of the inframammary fold adhesion to the chest wall, leading to double bubble, on the other side the inframammary fold position is intact, leading to rock in sock deformity. Neither of these issues are related to implant integrity.
