Large dent at top of breast - is this fixable? (Photo)

Hello I had a breast lift with implant exchange and when I woke up this morning I noticed a large that at the top of my breast. Any idea what this could be from? Is it fixable?

It would be very difficult to give you meaningful advise based on this photo. Only on the basis of in person evaluation, a board certified plastic surgeon can make good assestment of your condition and suggest appropriate treatment. Good luck.

Hello! I would recommend a mastopexy procedure bilaterally to lift the breasts into the correct position. The amount removed would be greater on the right breast to match the smaller left breast.

Capsular contracture is a common cause of asymmetry after breast augmentation. It can cause asymmetry alone or asymmetry with discomfort. The treatment for capsular contracture usually varies depending on severity and if it's recurrent or the first time it's happened.
