Breast pain/discomfort 1.5 years post op breast aug (revision) with galaflex mesh

1.5 year post op breast aug w/ galaflex (previously bottomed out, so got revision w/ galaflex mesh) Over last 2 months I’ve had intermittent pain/discomfort in right breast. I don’t feel it’s muscular but could be wrong. The pain is internal and medial/inner lower breast area. Haven’t changed anything i do (working out). the only way i can explain discomfort is pulling/tugging. Doesn’t hurt when i press/ touch that area. Area is symmetrical, no swelling or lumps/bumps. What is this ? Rupture?

You did not post photos, so I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon and discussing your concerns and options. Implants can be placed in front of the muscle and fat grafting can be added for more tissue for coverage of the implants if needed.

The Ideal implant is a saline implant that may have ripples and is much firmer than gel implants. By the way it is made, it is also heavier at the same volume as the gel. You might consider Mentor saline implants instead with possible fat grafting for better coverage. Your one lateral pocket can...

This if from the weight of your implant pulling down on thin tissue. A fat transfer could be done to give more tissue in that area/
