Thank you for your question and for sharing your story.  I would not undergo a 4th treatment.  You would to be evaluated to determine which parts of the armpits continue to produce sweat (and odor).  We have performed many miraDry procedures, and I have only had to operate on two patients.  One had a very resistant spot on both armpits that produced a high volume of sweat.  The other was for persistent (albeit reduced) odor production.  Surgically, I shave the undersurface of the armpit skin and hence physically remove the majority of the sweat and odor glands.  I would recommend you visit with someone who can provide you with an alternative option for your persistent sweat/odor production.

I'm sorry for your bad experience and negative outcome.  You should have a discussion with your miraDry provider.  Numbness in the hands is not normal.  You should not undergo another treatment if this is your result after 3.  

It is too bad that you had a poor outcome. Experience counts when you do miraDry.In our practice, 90% of our patients require only a SINGLE miraDry session.
1st session is $1500.
if you need  second or third, it is only $1000 per session for our patients. 
No one said it lasts only 2 years. I don't know where you got this information.
I have been doing this procedure since 2011 and I am not seeing those patients from 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 coming back for another session!
One session of miraDry costs as much as one session of Botox, which only lasts 3 months.

Hi, Unfortunately I regret to let you know that your miraDry experience is highly un-usual.  Hand numbness, when it occurs, is a temporary effect of the anesthesia (numbing), and lasts under 12 hours typically. Any numbness lasting months/weeks is an adverse event. Pain should not happen. Also, the protocol is 2 treatments, 3 months apart.  Not more than 2 treatments. There are a number of red flags here, and you should speak directly to the doctor who treated you to get answers and treatment for your issues.
