I am basically looking for a full body makeover with my pain points being my double chin, my back fat, my arm fat, and my stomach fat. I was thinking of getting a light bbl, but what would I need to cover after that?
Answer: Liposuction BBL Fat Transfer Lipo Autologous Fat Transfer Tummy Tuck VASER HI-Def Liposuction Thank you for your question regarding what you should get done in a full-body makeover. Since your problem points are your double chin, back, arms, and stomach, I think liposuction will be a good option for you. You don’t seem to have a lot of excess skin by looking at your photos. However, a consult is in order. I can’t see your back from this photo that you provided but if you have excess skin there, there is a chance that the skin will not fully snap back after liposuction. I recommend VASER Hi-Def liposuction, which uses heat to melt the fat and also helps the skin contract. VASER hi-def would be the way to go if you want a contoured abdomen. You can also use VASER Hi-def liposuction on the arms to get you toned arms with muscle definition. I would recommend traditional liposuction of the neck to address the double chin that you mentioned. Your neck skin should snap back very nicely because of your age and skin quality. It will be essential for you to wear your compression garments consistently throughout your recovery. Thank you for your question regarding the most effective way to get a full body makeover with your pain points: your double chin, back, arms, and stomach. The suctioned fat will be transferable to the buttocks if you prefer to enhance your buttocks. Please choose a board-certified plastic surgeon. Thank you and good luck. Sincerely, Dr. Katzen. I suggest a full body liposuction of your abdomen, back, sides, waist and flanks, you can also get fat transfer to buttocks and hips depending on what's your goal. You should consider losing weight before surgery, most plastic surgeons won't accept patients with a BMI over 30-33 5'0" - 169lb 5'1" - 174lb 5'2" - 180lb 5'3" - 186lb 5'4" - 192lb 5'5" - 198lb 5'6" - 204lb 5'7" - 210lb 5'8" - 217lb 5'9" - 223lb 5'10" - 229lb 5'11" - 236lb 6'0" - 243lb
