Best liposuction for upper legs (inner & outer thighs)? (Photo)

Question

Is there a specific type of liposuction to help reduce inner though and outer thigh area? I did cool sculpting treatment on inner thigh and outer thigh and I feel certain my upper leg shape has gotten worse and looks larger (2 years post CS).

Thank you for your question.  Typically I recommend a laser assisted liposuction.  Whether it be Jplasma and lipo or smart lipo.  The laser component just helps with skin retraction. Thank you for your question! Liposuction can be performed to improve the contour of the inner and outer upper thighs and even the lower leg/calf/ankle region, when desired. I would need to examine you in-person to better address your question, but I perform thigh liposuction using a combination of techniques, including SmartLipo, ultrasonic liposuction, power-assisted liposuction, and regular liposuction using fine cannulas inserted through small incisions. I also find lymphatic massage to be helpful for patients after surgery during their recovery period and include this as part of the treatment. I recommend you meet with a fully-trained plastic surgeon to further discuss your options.

Unclothed photos of your thighs would aid in correctly answering your questions (anterior and posterior views).  That being said, from you one photo, it looks like standard tumescent liposuction should markedly improve the shape of your inner and outer upper thighs.
