Hello. I am wanting to have liposuction to the abdomen and flank area. I want skin tightening and smooth results. Which lipo would you recommend for me?

Answer: Its not the machine, its the man (woman) Like most people, you've fallen for the corporate fallacy (propagated by surgeons who purchase their product) that it's their machine (Lysonix, Vaser, Smartlipo, Tickle, etc.) that produces the best result. This has been proven to be false, and that the quality of the result lands smack on the shoulders of the operating surgeon. What you need to know is not what machine, but who will do the procedure. I'll give you a hint, it's not the one who does it while you're awake in their office.

Answer: Liposuction of abdomen, flanks, lower back Based on this photo, it looks that liposuction of abdomen, flanks and lower back (360) would create nice improvement. You should make in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with good reputation in body contouring surgery and discuss your options. Good luck.
