Dr. Jeffrey La Grasso MD. is not only an amazing doctor, but he also has great bedside manners. I couldn't have picked a better doctor for my procedure. He didn't only make me feel comfortable throughout the consultation process but he also provided me with amazing results. I will always go to him for all my elective surgical procedures. He's one doctor that I totally TRUST!

La verdad que son excelentes, si tienen mucho volumen de pacientes y a veces se demoran mas de lo que uno quisiera pero son muy profesionales , el doctor Lagrasso excelente y el anestesita tambien divinos!! Graciasssss

Demasiadas personas en la enfermeria, y seria bueno que dejeran a las recien operadas bajo cuidados de enfermera una noche en observacion, yo me fui ensangrentada y te dicen que es normal, a mi casa llegue soltando sangre, nada agradable, Y me desmaye 2 veces casi que me caigo mi esposo que es medico me ayudo, esa parte despues de la cirugia debe ser mejor la atencion a las pacientes, todo lo demas si fue bien pero esta parte ya despues del proceso quirurgico ya pagado debe ser mucho mejor, al final es la salud de un ser humano.

Tengo muchas cosas que decir y todas lindas, mi experiencia en my cosmetic surgery fue bella desde el minuto 1 todo fue maravilloso nada de esto hubiera sido posible sin mi coordinadora annia gracias a ella pase por las manos del doctor Orlando llorente que es unico, como también yailin la asistente del doctor para que decir de mis masajista yusmari, dayami y kirenia una y mil gracias a todos siempre le daré muchas gracias y siempre volveré por ustedes

I've always wanted to get cosmetic surgery done but i was waiting till i was finished having kids and that time finally came. I began doing my research on facebook, google and realself to find the clinic and doctor i think would fit me the best. Thats when I stumbled accross Dr.LaGrasso's work. Wow... I was impressed. I called in and booked my consultation. I came in and was greeted by the friendly front desk.I checked in and sat to wait for the time of my consultation. My coordinator was very nice and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. After the consultation with the coordinator I scheduled my evaluation with Dr.LaGrasso. Everything went great, he was very helpful and was also able to answer all my questions! I picked my surgery date and scheduled my Tummy Tuck with Lipo 360 and fat transfer. Its been a full 30 days since my surgery and im very happy with my results. Im glad i got my surgery done and im glad i did it with Dr.LaGrasso at My Cosmetic Surgery. Thanks you! :)

Calling my cosmetic surgery experience was like trying to communicate with the people living on the Moon: no one listens, and no one answers. I went to that clinic for surgery and paid the total cost upfront. Afterward, I had several questions and began calling for answers. However, no one ever returned my calls. When I sent messages asking for a call back, I was repeatedly told the person was unavailable, and no one ever got back to me for weeks. Concerned, I decided to investigate the doctor and discovered that several of their patients had died. Panicked, I immediately canceled my surgery. Despite having done nothing, they charged me $1,500, and I have been trying to get my money back for three months. No one has responded to me, and the customer service department is always unhelpful. I need my money back. This situation is completely unacceptable. I believe this clinic is exploiting patients for their money. My surgery was scheduled for January 12, but it was abruptly canceled on November 1 at 1:15 PM. Since that time, I have tried to reach out four times a week, yet my calls have gone unanswered. It is essential for the clinic to have a clear policy for cancellations, as it ensures transparency and respect for patients. The only reason I am being charged this rate is due to a document that bears my signature. However, this document is not valid, as it lacks a signature from the clinic, and I never received a copy. For a contract to hold weight, it must be signed by both parties, and in this case, that has not happened. I want to stress that I did not cancel my appointment for personal reasons. The clinic’s behavior is alarming, and their disregard for patients' well-being is astonishing. This needs to be brought to light. I have reached out to Paola numerous times because she is responsible for processing my refund, and yet I have left her over 15 messages without a response. The lack of professional courtesy is infuriating. All of my calls are recorded, and I urge you to review the call logs to confirm the numerous attempts I made to contact you before my surgery was canceled. It is imperative that this matter is addressed urgently.

I requested a reimbursement of my deposit in November 2022 it is March 2023 and I’m still waiting. No one wants to talk with me, Mara hang up the phone on me because she is busy on her vacations again. This girl goes on vacations every other day cause every time I contact her she is not working. But never goes back to work because she never returns my calls or text messages. I need someone to take care of this for me. I hope to receive i call back within 48 to 72 hrs like they told me today March 27. Let’s see

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! And, I am going to make sure EVERYONE KNOWS! I am a 50 years old REGISTERED NURSE in Naples, FL for over 20 years(I know and interact with a lot of people)! And, As I mentioned I will make sure everyone knows. I will write this review in English and Spanish. Dejenme decirles! Not to forget to mention that it will be posted heavily on social media and as many BUSINESS REVIEWS SITES.
First of all, ELIANYS LEZCANO was the person that was coordinating my surgery. She was very nice when it came to TAKE MY MONEY$$$ for the surgery, But, after the clinic cancelled my surgery... she NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS. (RED FLAG!!!!)
But, here goes my ETHICAL DILEMMA with this clinic:
I take Adderall for ADHD prescribed for years. I notified the clinic I take that medication prior to my first consultation with DR. ZAYAS. The experience of that first visit was TERRIBLE! But, terrible! The WORST experience I ever had from a clinic IN MY LIFETIME. My appointment was scheduled for 9am and they didnt see me until after 3pm after driving almost 3 hrs. The STAFF was OVERLY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Around 25 woman waiting OUTSIDE in the HEAT. No appologies by the staff, no chairs, no water. Two patients came back with SURGERY COMPLICATIONS and the staff didnt show a sign of sympathy or compassion. They were told they needed to wait hrs to be seen(RED FLAG!!!!!). I felt like I was standing somewhere to get something for free or for stamps.
While I was in the room with Dr. Zayas (which by the way only spends 5 minutes with each patient), the anesthesiologists came in and told me they needed my Dr. to write a letter explaining that the Adderall I take was in a small dose and it wouldn’t constitute any harm while in surgery. I also explained I take Wellbutrin and the anesthesiologists told me: “That medicine does not exists anymore.” And, I said to myself: “ This ANESTHESIOLOGISTS DOESNT KNOW WHAT HE IS TALKING ABOUT.” (RED FLAG!!!!)
More about the day of my consultation... ELIANYS(unprofessional coordinator) called me and told me to go see MIRKYS to touch-up prior to surgery. She asked me if I had all labs and medical pre-reqs done. I told her I had all done at my primary physician’s office, with the exception of the ekg, and two other labs. She jumped and said: “ Get them done here its included with the price of the surgery.” I said: “ I have been waiting here all day and have to drive back 3 hrs to Naples. She said: “Dont worry about it- I’ll make sure they see you right away.”
One day later, I received a call from the clinic to inform me the anesthesiologists decided not to do the surgery because it thought my medications will interact with the procedure. I said: “Ok, I just need my MONEY refunded in full as soon as possible.” The refund deparment called me(very rude as well) to tell me that the refund will take 30-60 days and also they will charge me $200 for the labs and the EKG done in the clinic. I explained I already had those procedures left already booked at my primary dr and covered by my medical insurance and did them in the clinic only because MIRKYS INSISTED to get them done in the clinic. I also, said:”I didn’t cancel the surgery- The clinic cancelled the procedure.”
I understand, a clinic or dr have the right to accept or deny a patient- BUT IN MY CIRCUMSTANCE, if they were ethical they will refund my money as soon as possible. I work really hard in the hospital as an ONCOLOGY NURSE with cancer patients and no business should really PLAY WITH MY MONEY or YOUR MONEY !!!!!!!

P.S. I told my dr what the clinic decided to do and my dr said that the prescribed med I take is not a contraindication for the surgery(if is not abused). I am paying more than double the price for the same surgery in Naples. I know that things happen for a reason and sometimes:” Lo barato sale mas caro.”
I deserve the best and not a GHETTO clinic in Miami.”

Me operó el doctor Orlando Llorente, se me creó un lipoma luego de la cirugía el cual dicen que lo tenía desde antes, luego de la operación no volví a tener cita con el doctor y a tanto intentarlo ver me dijo que mi proceso Iva bien y normal cuando me veo barriga , un lipoma en un area visible de la cintura y no parezco que se me hizo lipo, no estoy para nada satisfecha, estoy decepcionada y siento que boté el dinero . Me di 20 masajes 10 en la clínica my cosmetic y 10 en otra clínica, y aún a mis casi 4 meses no me he quitado la faja manteniendo buena alimentación. No se que mas hacer.
