This 49-year-old patient, with a history of multiple surgeries performed by other surgeons, presented for correction. She is shown one month postoperatively after undergoing breast revision, including pocket correction, implant exchange, and bilateral Galaflex placement.

	This young lady presented with severe deformity of her breasts several years after a saline breast implant augmentation. Specifically, she sustained breast implant ptosis and asymmetry. Her left implant had dramatically fallen below her natural breast crease. 6 years after a breast pocket modification (suturing it closed via a capsulorraphy) and replacing the saline implants with Mentor Memory gel implants. This was performed via a periareolar incision (around the nipple)

This is a 50-year-old female patient who is six months status post revision augmentation mastopexy. She has a history of multiple procedures, with her last surgery performed in 2005 by another surgeon, during which she underwent implant exchange and mastopexy. Since then, she has remained in this condition, feeling traumatized and reluctant to pursue further surgery. She eventually sought care in our practice, hoping for correction. She is now six months postoperatively following bilateral capsulectomy, bilateral revision mastopexy, bilateral implant exchange, and bilateral placement of Galaflex mesh for implant support.

52-year-old patient presented unhappy with the appearance of her breast and abdomen. She underwent a mommy makeover including a mini tummy tuck (abdominoplasty), breast implant removal with lift (mastopexy), fat grafting to the breast, and liposuction to the abdomen for contouring with Dr. Fisher.

45 year old Female who is 1 year after Bilateral Breast Implant Removal with Total Capsulectomy and Anchor Pattern Breast Lift. She had Mentor smooth saline implants filled to 475cc on the Right and 525 cc on the Left breast placed underneath the muscle.

Removal of Capsular Contracture. Patient had a deflation of her left breast implant and a capsular contracture of her right breast implant. She changed her implants from saline to Sientra silicone 280cc high profile implants. The silicone implants with removal of her capsular contracture give her a much more natural feel and appearance.

This patient had Baker Grade IV capsular contracture from previous breast implant in right breast resulting in breast asymmetry and pain. She was operated for capsulectomy and removal and replacement of implant

42 y.o. female who received a mastopexy with a change in her implants, a drainless tummy tuck and liposuction of her upper back and flanks. She has 300 cc moderate plus profile in her right breast and 275 cc moderate plus profile silicone gel implants in her left breast.

28 y, Female, presented with grade 4 capsular contracture, asymmetry and ptosis.Total capsulectomy, removed old 340 cc implant and placed 405 cc Moderate Plus Profile new implant and breast lift was performed.

The patient wanted to decrease the size of her breast implants and improve the overall shape and size of her breasts. She switched her saline implants to smooth round silicone implants (which will give her a softer more natural feel to her breasts). She also had a full lift to shape and lift the breasts into a more youthful appearance. The combination of the implant exchange and mastopexy gives her a youthful aesthetic appearance to her breasts.

	This female patient had undergone previous saline implant augmentation several years prior with disastrous results. She had implants asymmetry and bottoming out of her implants so that her nipple and areolae could not be hidden within her brassiere. As a result, her implants were exchanged to Memory Gel Mentor silicone implants under the pectoralis major muscle, while suturing the bottom of her pocket closed in order to raise the bottom breast crease.
