Breast Implant Revision

This patient is a 31 year old female who in 2005 underwent breast augmentation by another surgeon. I brought this patient to the operating room and performed a complex corrective repair of her breasts using Mentor smooth, round, moderate-plus profile implants. After removing her original implants, I noticed that she had a significant size discrepancy in her natural breast tissue, and I ended up using a 350cc implant on the left and a 300cc implant on the right to achieve maximum symmetry. I also reconfigured the breast pockets, which allowed the implants to move to a higher position.
