African American Rhinoplasty

25 year old African American female complained of low nasal bridge and lack of tip definition. The patient also desired slightly narrowed nostrils. She is shown here before and after African American Rhinoplasty performed with an open rhinoplasty technique. The custom carved SLUPimplant was used to raise her nasal bridge while the nasal tip was defatted and nostrils were slightly narrowed.
