	Her nose was much too long after her primary rhinoplasty. Inadequate work on the tip leaving it too long or too projecting forward is the most common error I see from previous rhinoplasties.

	This female revision rhinoplasty patient's prior surgery left her with visible hump on the bridge of her nose. Her problems were corrected through closed rhinoplasty techniques.


Revision Rhinoplasty

The pateint had a prior open rhinoplasty that left her with a large, wide nose. I performed a revision rhinoplasty (closed technique) in order to create a more elegant and beautiful nose.

	This patient underwent open secondary (revision) rhinoplasty with rib cartilage grafts to correct problems that arose from a prior surgery with another physician.


	This revision (secondary) rhinoplasty patient had two prior rhinoplasty surgeries in Europe. Her distorted nasal tip and collapsed bridge were corrected via an open approach using ear cartilage grafts.


	This young woman had bossae (plural of bossa), a common contour deformity of the tip of the nose, as well as an overly upturned and over-projected tip, both as a result of her original rhinoplasty procedure years ago. She underwent revision rhinoplasty to help correct these problems and to regain an elegant and natural contour to her nose.

25-34 year old woman treated with Revision Rhinoplasty

The patient underwent a revision rhinoplasty for correction of an upturned, unnatural appearing nose. The patient also had facial fat grafting underneath her eyes.

This was a complex revision case (prior rhinoplasty performed by a different plastic surgeon) showing changes to her nasal tip and bridge. Getting the nose right from this frontal view is actually the hardest part of any rhinoplasty procedure.

This man presented to see Dr. Ward several years after a rhinoplasty to remove a dorsal hump. He was unhappy with that concave nature of the dorsum and the upturned, pig-like tip. He underwent a rib graft and revision rhinoplasty to reconstruct the nose.

	She had undergone a prior nasal surgeries before coming to my practice. She wanted her droopy nose to be elevated and the tip made more narrow. After a 45 minute procedure, her tip was rotated, narrowed and defined.


This patient had a severely deviated septum problem, after his first Rhinoplasty with another surgeon he was still suffering from breathing difficulties. He had his Revision Rhinoplasty and he is happy with the result and breath much better from his nose.
