This patient is a 52 year woman (5’5” and 112lbs.) who previously underwent bilateral sub-muscular saline breast augmentation through a periareolar incision in 1998. She was unhappy with the firmness of her breasts related to her implants and the shape changes of her breasts caused by the scar tissue that had formed around her implants. In 2016 she chose to have her scar tissue removed and her implants replaced with larger Mentor smooth round moderate-plus profile MemoryGel implants, 550 cc on the left and 500 cc on the right. This revision surgery was performed through inframammary crease incisions. She went from a C cup to a DD cup bra.
