This woman underwent revision breast augmentation surgery. She only wanted the implants moved and positioned higher on the chest. She did not want to undergo a lift because she was afraid of the scars on the front of the breast. Her implants were replaced through incisions under her areola.

Woman treated with Breast Implant Revision using 275cc implants and Breast Lift to elevate her breasts, improving ptosis and asymmetry. Patient had 425cc saline implants many years ago and was dissatisfied with the way her skin was resting.

54 year old woman who developed grade 4 capsules from 29 year old  textured, saline implants. she underwent a bilateral breast implant exchange with complete capsulectomies and upsizing to high profile 385 cc silicone implants

This 30 year old mother of 2 has been pregnant 4 times. She is 5'6 tall and weighs 125 pounds. She had a breast lift 6 years previously and a breast augmentation 4 years prior. Her implants at that time were: round, textured, 385cc high profile, regular cohesive silicone implants. She had a very nice result but presented requesting to be bigger, (as big as she can be), new implants perkier, (placed up and in), and also try to have less visible rippling. These requests are all very challenging because she is thin, does not have much soft tissue to hide the implants, and is small framed. We decided to use ultra high profile, smooth, highly cohesive silicone gel implants 700cc placed below the muscle. Her post operative photos are from two years after, showing how the result has been maintained.

This is a 50-year-old female patient who is six months status post revision augmentation mastopexy. She has a history of multiple procedures, with her last surgery performed in 2005 by another surgeon, during which she underwent implant exchange and mastopexy. Since then, she has remained in this condition, feeling traumatized and reluctant to pursue further surgery. She eventually sought care in our practice, hoping for correction. She is now six months postoperatively following bilateral capsulectomy, bilateral revision mastopexy, bilateral implant exchange, and bilateral placement of Galaflex mesh for implant support.

This young lady suffered bottoming out of her left breast implant and a rupture of her right breast implant.Her right breast implant was replaced and the pocket for her left breast implant was revised to better suit a new implant. Her results show improved symmetry of her right and left breasts.

35-44 year old woman treated with Breast Implant Revision

Patient had her initial Augmentation 18 years ago with a different physician.  She wanted Dr. Eric Schaffer to remove  her old saline implants  and replace them with larger ones to achieve more fullness and to better match her body shape.  The original implants were filled to 350 cc's and were replaced with Mentor smooth round moderate plus  implants filled to 540 cc's using her original incision site.

Breast Implant Revision to  Remove and Replace Saline Implants

53-year-old female that had a bilateral breast augmentation 10+ years ago and noticed her breasts had changed shape. After consulting with Dr. Mobley she chose to remove her saline implants and replace them with Natrelle Inspira Cohesive gel style SCX 560 cc implants along with bilateral capsulectomies.

This is a 28 year old female who underwent an Explant/Reimplantation with 375cc Silicone implants.

The patient wanted to decrease the size of her breast implants and improve the overall shape and size of her breasts. She switched her saline implants to smooth round silicone implants (which will give her a softer more natural feel to her breasts). She also had a full lift to shape and lift the breasts into a more youthful appearance. The combination of the implant exchange and mastopexy gives her a youthful aesthetic appearance to her breasts.

Breast Implant Revision for correction of Double Bubble Deformity

Removal of Capsular Contracture. Patient had a deflation of her left breast implant and a capsular contracture of her right breast implant. She changed her implants from saline to Sientra silicone 280cc high profile implants. The silicone implants with removal of her capsular contracture give her a much more natural feel and appearance.

This 49-year-old patient, with a history of multiple surgeries performed by other surgeons, presented for correction. She is shown one month postoperatively after undergoing breast revision, including pocket correction, implant exchange, and bilateral Galaflex placement.

49-year-old female that underwent a previous bilateral breast augmentation using McGhan Style 68 saline implants - 360cc filled to 375 on the left and 360cc filled to 400 on the right. Years later she noticed that her left implant was deflated. She chose to remove her saline implants and replace them with Natrelle Inspira Style SRM 360cc silicone gel implants.

35 year old female underwent revision breast augmentation. She had removal of 450cc gel implants and replacement with 650cc high profile gel implants. She had bilateral capsule tightening as well because the implants would fall into her armpit when lying supine.

35-44 year old woman treated with Breast Implant Revision- 3 months post-op

This patient is a 58-year-old female who was interested in a breast revision. I felt this patient would need a complex breast revision with complete capsulectomies, implant exchange, and fat grafting to help improve the cleavage area and softness of the breasts. After the implant work was done, I harvested fat from her flanks and inner thighs, and processed it with the Revolve fat grafting system. The fat was reinjected into the breasts in order to create a softer, more natural appearance.

55-64 year old woman treated with Breast Implant Revision

This patient is a 64-year-old female who presented to my office with complaints of breasts which were unnatural in appearance and asymmetrical. The patient had saline implants placed in the subglandular position in the 1990s, and had a left deflation and a right capsular contracture in addition to general drooping. She wished to have a fuller more natural look. I recommended implant exchange, complete capsulectomies, exchange from over to under the muscle, reinforcement with reabsorbable mesh, and mastopexies. During surgery, I removed this patient's old implants and scar tissue, and placed new Sientra 310cc textured, classic anatomical implants in the submuscular plane. I stabilized the muscle position by using reabsorbable mesh as an internal bra, and performed vertical mastopexies on each side.
