Bilateral Breast Lift

When I first saw this lovely woman in consult she needed a breast reduction. However, she had just undergone weight reduction surgery. A year later I saw her again and she needed a significant breast lift. However, she was terribly afraid of the surgery. It wasn't until 3.5 years after her initial consultation that she underwent the surgery. She was so happy and told me she doesn't know why is waited.
