25-34 year old man treated with Lip Reduction

A 26-year-old cosmetic surgery patient came to our plastic surgery clinic requesting improvement of his chin and lips. He wanted more square, masculine chin and mild reduction of his lips. Clinical evaluation revealed a small, narrow chin positioned far behind his protruding lips and nose on profile view. He also demonstrated narrow chin which was over-shadowed by large lips on front view (left). It included placement of a large chin implant through a small incision placed inside of the mouth as well as reduction of upper and lower lips.
