This 29 yo young ladycame to see me in my plastic surgery office for tummy tuck and breast augmentation. She had seen me one year prior and lost 40 pounds since her initial visit. She was 58   and was down to 163 lbs from 205 lbs. She was unhappy with the appearance of her abdomen, mainly the loose skin and stretch marks. She initially underwent abdominoplasty with liposuction of flanks. She came back a year later for breast augmentation.

This 48 year old woman is 5' 9 and 160 pounds. She has had one child via C-section. She had pre-eclampsia during her pregnancy and gained a significant amount of weight. She has lost the weight but this has left her with a lot of loose skin. We began her mommy make over with an abdominoplasty, (tummy tuck), and liposuction to the flanks, (love handles). Her results are shown after just two months.

This patient was in her late 40s and wanted to improve the appearance of her abdomen.  She had had previous abdominal surgery through a vertical abdominal incision and was unhappy with the appearance of the abdomen and the flanks.  Because of her contour as well as the previous vertical abdominal incision, we chose to proceed with a fleur-de-lis abdominoplasty with liposuction of the flanks, which means that in addition to the low horizontal scar she also had the vertical scar.
