This is a 50 year old woman who had undergone a bilateral breast augmentation with saline implants in 1993. In 2011, she desired breast revision surgery to have her saline implants removed and replaced with gel implants. She also noted that her breasts were spread apart with a wide gap and fell to the sides of her chest when lying down. She was taken to surgery and her saline implants were removed. Her breast pockets were opened up medially to give her better cleavage and her side pockets were closed off with permanent internal sutures to prevent her implants from falling to the sides. She had 375 cc Mentor Cohesive Gel Smooth Round High Profile implants placed through her previous breast crease incisions and underneath her chest muscles.
